To Our Valued Customers:

 We need to hear from you!  It is time for Imperial Super Foods’ annual report card and recommendations for improvement.  Through your suggestions, we learn what areas that we can improve and what new services you would like to see at your home town grocery store.

 As we enter into our seventh year, our customers continue to request new items and have additional needs.  Please let us know what you want and how we can improve.  During the last couple of years, we have continued our investment in Imperial Super Foods:

• New energy-saving blinds
• New deli area including additional warmers and cases
• Upgrades to our computer systems (we can now email statements)
• Mobile grill and trailer for catering
• Additional produce tables and equipment
• New grocery carts

 This community has been very supportive of our family’s store for the last 30 years, and for this reason, we continue to support many local organizations, the Chase County Schools and youth athletics.  We greatly believe in reinvesting into our youth and community!

 We would like to know other areas to focus in order to make some short and long-term plans for the store.  We welcome any suggestions and have included a form on the back of this letter that you can use to relay these suggestions to us.  Many of you share your thoughts with us at the store or call to inform us of different matters relating to the store.  We appreciate your feedback!  A suggestion box will be placed in the store for completed forms.  This year, all signed forms will be entered into a drawing for a $100 gift certificate.  Unsigned forms will be included in the drawing with the Chase County Pantry as the entrant.

 We have a new plan to save our customers money.  February will be our final month for budget stretchers.  We will have great budget stretcher savings throughout the month including environmentally friendly re-usable grocery bags.  February 29^th (Leap Year Day), we will have extra savings leading into March when Super Foods will start our new special savings items with no points, no cards, and even larger savings each week.  Everyone can save!
